I've spent close to three decades building teams, developing leaders, and improving how businesses operate. My experience spans executive operations, business development, and regional sales leadership. I bring that perspective to people who want clearer direction and stronger results.

I entered the workforce as a laborer. I had no college education at the time—just a willingness to work hard and a desire to learn and grow.

Over the years, I’ve been blessed with strong mentors: people who recognized my potential, believed in me, and gave me opportunities to advance my goals and my career. Their support shaped both my path and the way I lead others.

Through hard work and those opportunities, I moved from laborer to foreman, into regional leadership, and eventually became Vice President of Operations. Regional leadership gave me the chance to open doors for more people to lead at a higher level and grow. As VP of Operations, my focus was scaling the business by developing leaders in ways that change lives.

My career has also included working for three different billion-dollar companies at various levels of leadership.

Hard work has always been my foundation. Caring for people has always been my guide. I know the difference it can make when someone believes in you and gives you a chance to grow.

Today, I bring that experience and those values to LionShare Growth Partners, helping others grow as leaders and build businesses they’re proud of.

I'm also a husband, a father, and a Colorado outdoorsman with New York roots. Family, faith, and integrity shape the way I live and lead. I believe the strongest partnerships start with a personal interest in people, honest conversations, and a commitment to showing up.
